Everyone… my natural nose is a bit upturned and short,, and I barely have a columella.. I want to have everything removed without leaving even a support strut, but has anyone here done that? If it curls in more or lifts higher than my natural nose, it’ll just look like a pig nose… so I’m wondering if I need to leave the support strut, and it’s complicated… And if I do leave it, is it possible to leave only the absolute minimum, just around the upturned angle of my natural nose? I really hope you’ll leave a reply!!!
