Nose Re-Surgery

Where should I go to find out whether my rhinoplasty went wrong or not?

I had surgery for bulbous nose correction + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and I’m now 8 months post-op. Ever since the splint was removed, I could feel that my septum was deviated, so I went back to the clinic at the 3-month mark. My current condition is that my airway feels narrowed, and when I’m not in good condition, it even feels like the deviated septum and the tissue inside my nose are stuck together. So in daily life, I can’t smell well and breathing is uncomfortable.. When I went to the clinic at 3 months post-op, they acknowledged that my nasal tip was deviated because the septum was bent, but they said it was because the right side of my face is sagging and because I have a bulbous nose with thick skin, and also because I still had severe scar tissue and swelling. And I didn’t even know I originally had rhinitis, but after the surgery I started feeling rhinitis symptoms too. But the clinic said the symptoms I described were not because of the deviated septum, but because of rhinitis, and told me to get a scar-tissue injection and come back at 6 months.. They also said that even if I had revision surgery, they would definitely only operate using costal cartilage.. Anyway, I trusted the scar tissue explanation and haven’t gone back to the clinic since then (though nothing has changed). Every time my nose gets blocked, I get so stressed and feel like I’m going crazy. Today, I did that thing where you slightly tense your nostrils to make them smaller? When I did that and saw my nose clearly bend downward to one side, I was genuinely shocked... I really felt properly that, ah, this is serious. I went to two ENT clinics, but they said they couldn’t give a definite answer on whether it was because of the surgery since they don’t know my pre-op condition I requested CT images from the clinic, but they said no. Oh, one clinic also said I do have some rhinitis..! Is there rhinitis without a runny nose or sneezing? From the first consultation, they told me it would be okay to proceed with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, so I had the surgery. I’m really curious whether this is a situation where I can request aftercare/AS, or whether I’d have to pay the full revision surgery cost myself. Or would it be right to remove it..? The first photo is from 3 months post-op, and the second is my current situation. Everyone who knows even a little, please help me..
