During my second nose surgery, I had severe contracture and inflammation, so I went back to the same director and have now had up to my third revision surgery. (Silicone for the nasal bridge, autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip.) A month after the surgery, I got 5 cc of forehead filler, and the filler moved down toward the glabella area and formed a round bump like a pimple, so I had injections to dissolve it and also dissolved the forehead filler. Now only the silicone in the nasal bridge has been removed, but the nasal tip is autologous costal cartilage. But they shaved down the nasal bridge bone a bit, so it looks flat and Avatar-like ʘ̥_ʘ So I have no nasal bridge and only the nasal tip is high, making it look like Pinocchio. I’ve been looking for a hospital that can augment the nasal bridge with autologous costal cartilage instead of silicone, and as the title says, the other reviews here seem good and the surgical method also uses autologous costal cartilage, so I put it on my list. But are there any real reviews ʘ̥_ʘ I really don’t want this one to fail, and I’m being very careful choosing a hospital, so I’d appreciate it if you could let me know ʘ̥_ʘ
