Like the title says, what is usually the biggest factor behind nose surgery side effects or revision surgery? People usually say that nose surgery almost never ends with just one operation. And I’ve heard that the more you raise the nose, or if you put in something that isn’t your own tissue, like donated costal cartilage, the higher the chance of that happening. But people also get revision surgery because the nose becomes crooked, right? What usually causes it to become crooked? Is that random too?
