Nose Re-Surgery

I went for a consultation about my nasal tip showing through!

I went for a consultation because the cartilage at my nasal tip is showing through, and they said they would need to remove the existing septal support strut, rebuild it with ear cartilage, and lower the overall height. They also said they would cover the nasal tip with dermis. Would this be okay..? At another clinic, they said the columellar support is sturdy, so they would leave the septal support strut as it is, remove only the grafted cartilage, place ear cartilage on both sides of the septal support strut to make the shape rounder, and add MegaDerm on top if needed. I’m so confused about what the right answer is Which would look more natural..?
