I only had the nasal tip raised with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but only the nasal tip looks plump and I feel like I look older, so I want to take it out and am looking into it. If I remove it, could it spread out more than before and look strange? Every single day is truly hell, and the first thing I do as soon as I wake up is look in the mirror, so my life feels so devastated.
