I have lived with a surgically operated nose for about 20 years, but these days I feel a foreign-body sensation, so I want revision surgery or removal. It was done with ear cartilage, but my nostrils show too obviously, so after checking what my image would look like if it were removed, if there is not a big difference, I would also like to remove it. Please recommend a good hospital.
