If I remove everything, including the support strut, I feel like it might collapse, but honestly, the biggest problem with my current nose shape seems to be the columella I don’t know whether the support strut pulled the columella down or whether the nose was lifted so the columella is visible. I’m not in a situation where I can remove it right away, so if I remove the ear cartilage that shows through at the nasal tip, will it spread out a bit and make the nasal tip drop downward? It’s been over a year since surgery, and it’s ear cartilage. The nose only got a bit shorter because the AlloDerm was absorbed; the support strut is intact, but it can’t withstand the weight of the cartilage stacked on top, so one side is a little pressed down and the columella is crooked. I want to remove it and finally feel saved, but there are also so many side effects from removal
