It’s been about 6 months since surgery. 4 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, hump shaved down, ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and they said the septal support was made somewhat longer in an extended style. They suggested 2 methods. 1. Remove only the nasal bridge implant + refine the nasal bridge line - Cost 0 won 2. Remove the implant, strut cartilage, and everything + columellar graft using ear cartilage? (re-harvesting ear cartilage) I don’t know why they would re-harvest it.. I think they said something about cartilage repositioning. For now, they did say that if I do this method, the nasal tip could collapse and droop down.. Cost - 2xx For now, I made a surgery reservation for about a month later for total removal, but since they said the nasal tip could collapse and droop down, I’m getting a bit worried ㅠ If anyone has had total removal in the same situation as me, or anyone with some knowledge, please share information..!
