It has now been 19 years since I had nasal silicone surgery, and starting a few months ago, I began to feel my nose tightening from time to time. A local plastic surgery clinic said it was okay, so I also took about 5 days’ worth of medication. Now I want to remove the silicone, but as I keep searching, I’ve seen people say that the capsule has to be removed when removing silicone. Would it not be okay to remove only the silicone without removing the capsule?
