For those who had removal within less than a year, or those planning removal, is it absolutely necessary to remove the capsule? Even in cases with no inflammation and no contracture, are you considering capsule removal? I feel like if the capsule is removed, swelling and bruising would be severe and the skin would be affected a lot too. Since ㄱㅇㅅ or ㅅㅇ say it must be removed, it's really confusing from a patient's perspective.
