I had Gore-Tex inserted, then had it removed 10 months later due to an inflammatory reaction. After my body was under a lot of strain for about a week, the inflammation suddenly flared up. Then fortunately, I had it removed as quickly as possible, so now it’s not severe contracture, but my nose has become short. I think doing it without an implant is the best option.
