Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I had my 6th revision rhinoplasty. Severe contracted nose..

<Even from the front, my nostrils were so visible ㅜ><Because it was a contracted nose, it was very upturned>After<Half a year after surgery, the nostrils came down a lot>Before<Before, I had a short nose, but now I like my side profile>When I first got nose surgery, I didn’t know I would end up having this many revision surgeries. Starting with my first surgery 13 years ago, wanting to raise the bridge a little more led to a second and third surgery. After doing it several times, the nasal tip drooped, so I had surgery again; then it became crooked, so another revision. As my nostrils gradually became upturned into a contracted nose, it was so hard, so I thought of this as truly my last surgery and had my 6th revision surgery.

For the nasal bridge, I used silicone + AlloDerm, and for the nasal tip, I used autologous costal cartilage. I had alar rim lowering to cover the nostrils a bit, osteotomy, nose lengthening, and a straight-with-slight-slope nasal tip line. Now I’m satisfied. I really don’t plan to have any more revision surgeries.
