Consultation sequence was CT scan -> manager -> surgeon. Since it was a bulbous nose, I was told that if you want to bring the nose in, the most effective method is ultimately to raise the height. I was recommended to create a support structure with septal cartilage and raise the bridge with silicone. I was told that because Asians have small cartilage, it is difficult to lift the tip a lot with simple cartilage binding alone.
