Review after surgery for a low nasal tip

I had been really stressed about my low nasal tip for a long time, so this time, as soon as I turned 20, I decided to get nose surgery. I was very worried about side effects, so I looked into several places, checked the nose shapes and places that are good with autologous costal cartilage, and decided to have it done at the clinic. People say noses always need revision surgery, but I wanted to finish it in one surgery, so even though it was my first surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, didn’t put in silicone, and used ear cartilage + dermis, and it ended well. In the beginning, when the swelling hadn’t gone down, it looked too much like a straight nose and my nose looked big, but now that I’m at two months and the swelling has gone down, I’m satisfied haha. I think the clinic tends to do somewhat glamorous results, but I think mine turned out well, not too excessive and not too low. The director is also good at handling autologous costal cartilage, so the scar is small, about 3 cm?, so it doesn’t bother me much, and I recovered quickly haha
