Before surgery, I did have a nasal bridge, but I was concerned about the protruding hump, the bulbous-looking nose visible from the front, and the way my nose looked centered around the hump. I looked for a place with a single chief surgeon, and while searching for a hospital that would perform the surgery as naturally as possible without using implants, I found this clinic. Before surgery, I visited a total of four hospitals, and I chose this clinic because the price, the doctor’s aesthetic sense, and the look I was pursuing matched me best. At other hospitals, they said there was a possibility of using ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and even costal cartilage, but only this clinic said they could create the shape I wanted with Summit nose surgery using only septal cartilage, so I felt more drawn to them. The director designed and drew the shape that was most suitable for me, and the consultation was thorough, matching my needs as I wanted the result to be as natural as possible! It was also nice that I could schedule the surgery for the date I wanted! After surgery, it was uncomfortable for about a day until the cotton was removed, but when I went in for the first appointment the very next day and had the cotton removed, it didn’t hurt much, which was surprising! I had the stitches removed one week after surgery, and I was worried because the Lunar New Year holiday was in between, but they opened the hospital even during the holiday, so I was able to get them removed quickly! Now I’m one month post-op, and the inside of my nose and the osteotomy area are still swollen, so my nose looks a little crooked, but they said it will resolve with time! I hope the remaining minor swelling goes down soon If you want a natural-looking nose shape that doesn’t look obvious, I recommend this clinic.
