I had a consultation, and first of all, the doctor looked very tired. He explained that the surgery would be done in this and that way, but he only explained the basic method for open rhinoplasty and did not mention design at all, so when I asked, he said that was up to the patient, that if I wanted to use silicone then use it because it would make the nose higher, and if I did not use it then maybe I would not use it, something like that. I think design is the most important thing in nose surgery, so if you do it here, I just hope it turns out well
