Surgery review: extremely natural is accurate, no one thinks it is a surgically operated nose, but the shortcomings were still covered, the operating room is not spotless, but that is covered by the track record (personally, I have never seen issues with inflammation or bacterial infection), the ear hurts (to the point that I wondered whether everyone is usually in this much pain after surgery), the director becomes kind after the surgery is done
Nose shape: I am very sensitive about aesthetics, and first of all, the nose shape does not look like a surgically operated nose at all. It just feels slightly lifted from my original nose. So there is no dramatic change, but my side profile improved well, and although he did not say much about the front view before surgery, he corrected the asymmetry. There are no issues with the nostril shape and no asymmetry issues. Before surgery, I was curious whether ear cartilage could improve the front view well, and personally, it feels like the symmetry was corrected and a columella was created (not drooping like a squid, but a focal point was created, so the face looks more stable overall). It does not become sharp and high or anything like that. I think you should hope for improvement rather than change. The side profile definitely improved. But I am worried it may droop later. If it droops even a little from here, I do not think I will be satisfied
