First of all, the consultation manager was kind, and the director explained things really thoroughly. The director measured my eye length and everything, and when I said I was worried about side effects from ptosis correction, they said they would operate with as much care as possible so it wouldn’t be overcorrected. When I showed a photo of the design I wanted, they said it looked natural and would be good.
