Hehehehe before <100% natural double eyelids and a bulbous nose...> before <100% natural double eyelids and a bulbous nose...> 4 months after eye and nose surgery It was my first rhinoplasty, but I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage. During the consultation, they took a CT scan and looked at it, and they said my septal cartilage was very small. They said Asians generally tend to have somewhat small septal cartilage, but mine was especially small, so we decided not to use ear cartilage at all and to use costal cartilage. Since I thought using my own tissue would be better and less likely to cause side effects, I chose autologous costal cartilage. What many people are curious about is the scar from autologous costal cartilage, and it has faded quite a lot now. Still, I don’t think it can be completely unnoticeable. For double eyelid surgery, I had natural adhesion. Among the places I consulted, Director Choo was the only one who recommended the non-incisional buried-suture method. As you can see from my pre-op photos, my eyes originally looked like they had double eyelid surgery, but they were natural??? double eyelids with no surgery. So even though it wasn’t revision eyelid surgery, people keep misunderstanding. Anyway, from the first surgery, he said we shouldn’t overdo it with an incision, so I trusted him more and liked that. After double eyelid surgery, my asymmetrical eyes were fixed, and the different double eyelid lines became the same too.
Even before surgery, all my facial features were large, but they didn’t look harmonious, just big? I was especially concerned about my bulbous nose. My eyes and nose are both large, but now they look naturally pretty. I really think that naturally glamorous style fits perfectly.
