5 years ago, I wanted an outline double eyelid, so while I was going around for consultations, every other place recommended an in-out line. Only ㅌㅋㄹㅅ (famous for noses) said the line I wanted was possible. I got an outline, and it wasn’t bad. But it loosened, so one side is no longer really a double eyelid; it became like a wrinkle, forming a multiple double eyelid and changing into an even deeper outline. The other side changed into an in-out line ㅠ Now I prefer a natural-looking place rather than a glamorous feel.. I’m going to match them with an in-out line. I want the typical in-out line feel like Shin Se-kyung and Kang Hye-won.
Sinsa ㅇㅎㅅ - Head director I prefer private clinics, so I had a consultation there. They consulted with me for a long time and were kind, detailed, and thorough. Since it’s a revision surgery, they recommended incisional surgery. They said non-incisional surgery is possible, but to bring an outline into an inner line, it may be about 70-80% possible, though it might not be perfectly clean (most places said this).
Gangnam ㅅㅅ - The head director, and I saw them a lot in reviews, so I went, but it was so-so.. Nothing especially resonated with me. They also had a collection of reviews.. It felt like they were good at promoting successful cases. Recommended non-incisional surgery + upper canthoplasty (to bring the line from outline -> inner).
Gangnam ㅇㅁㄹ - Director ㄷㅇㄹ seemed to be the most famous, so I had a consultation with them first. There were many reviews saying they speak bluntly, and I understood what that meant, but I liked that they were clear. They were confident that even with non-incisional surgery, changing outline -> in-out cleanly would be possible. But it was too expensive..
- I also had a consultation with Director ㄱㅎㅈ. They kept checking the line and seemed extremely meticulous. The cost was also okay compared with the head director, so I put down a deposit for non-incisional surgery + upper canthoplasty, and the surgery is coming up soon. But I saw a lot of reviews saying the hospital has long waits, feels factory-like, and aftercare isn’t good.. Honestly, I think I’d be okay as long as the result is good.. But other places said it could be hard to make it clean with non-incisional surgery, while this place is so certain, so I’m worried whether I should be suspicious. I’m looking into other places at the last minute now ㅠㅠ
So I’m thinking of additionally going for consultations at Gangnam ㅇㅇㅇ and ㅊㄴ. Are there any good natural-looking places that specialize in revision eye surgery?
