I went to several clinics that specialize in noses because I have a thick, bulbous nose. Most said the effect would be limited, but this clinic's director alone confidently promised it would improve a lot. I was tempted by the director's confidence, but after looking at the photos on the website, I gave up because I wasn't satisfied.
