I ruined my nose with two nose surgeries, and I was also tired of the fact that my nose had obvious signs of surgery. I desperately wanted to stop worrying about my nose, and even if it ended up a little lower and a little less pretty, I wanted all the implants removed, so I came in for a consultation. The consultation wasn’t great. They weren’t kind, and while they were very confident, they didn’t seem especially interested in my needs and just kept saying everything could be done.. Well, because I had already reduced my dorsal hump in the previous surgery, I was also scared of removing the implant, but I think I just believed them when they said they would do fat repositioning at the tip of my nose. Thinking about it now, I wonder what I was so confident about lol.. Anyway, the result turned out not bad. The bridge is lower, but the nose is small and there’s no sign of surgery at all. It’s not that I absolutely love it, but I don’t think I’ll have any particular problems living with this nose. I’m thankful just for not having to do another revision. Oh, and after my second revision at another hospital, my nostrils became uneven, and that didn’t improve here at all. Not at all. But still, my nose doesn’t look artificial, the shape is natural, it’s not bad, and they kept it from looking big or upturned, so I’m satisfied living with it.
