I went there because I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, but they said I already had a nose bridge and told me not to use silicone or any autologous implant, and to just do tip cartilage binding. Other clinics at least suggested using ear cartilage or septal cartilage, but here they said I really didn't need to use anything, so I felt they were pursuing a natural look... But compared with that, the price wasn't cheap, so I had to think about it a bit.
