I had revision surgery for a bulbous nose last year. During the consultation, they talked as if everything would work out, but the actual result was really... My nose became completely longer, and the height was lower than before. I got an early corrective procedure, but only the bridge bent, and honestly it was the worst. If you already have a bridge and it's a difficult nose more because of things like contracture than shape, I think it might be okay. Their skill seems to be there, but the aesthetic side seems significantly lacking. And seriously, before the surgery and after the surgery, their attitude changed so much. Both of the coordinator directors were kind.
