I went because I liked the review, but since it is a revision surgery, they said they would have to open it up to know. There was not enough explanation about the temporal fascia? so I hesitated. It seems they pursue a natural line. It seems they use both autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage. They said it would be possible without an implant.
