Consultation fee of 15,000 charged. Got a CT scan, then consulted with the director, then with the manager. I had a nose surgery consultation, and they said they would use the septum, which had not been recommended elsewhere, and that they would use the temporalis muscle in the head to raise the bridge. They do not prefer a closed approach. It was more flashy than natural, not what I expected, so I probably will not have surgery here. And the director seems to have a strong pride of his own, and the manager...
