There was not much waiting, and I had a CT scan of my nose and temple area before the consultation. They did look at me carefully, but I was not deciding based on reviews or anything like that, so I still do not really know the doctor's style.. And on the day before, they called to change the consultation time, which surprised me a little..^^ Still, overall they were kind. The counselor did not push me into booking anything special, and the doctor did not push either! The hospital was clean and quiet, which I liked, and they said they only do one or two surgeries a day, which I also liked. But I was thinking ear cartilage, and the doctor recommended rib cartilage, so I am still deciding.
