First of all, the staff talking and laughing loudly while chatting in the cramped waiting area was so loud that, sorry, it just felt different from other hospitals... The director kept saying the septum was really hard, and said that if they used rib cartilage and advanced the columella, they could do it perfectly, but if only the septum was used, it would be disappointing, though they would still try their best to make it.
