Because I have a lot of septal cartilage and it is strong, using rib cartilage feels wasteful and unnecessary. They said there was no need for donated rib cartilage or any external material because there was enough septal cartilage. The tip cartilage is also fairly strong, so they said only cartilage binding would be done. They said the bridge could be done later. They didn't really shape the design by lifting my nose with a cotton swab. I liked the aftercare, and I liked the A/S period and conditions. It was good that the director seemed confident, but since they didn't set a line for me, I'm worried whether it will come out in the shape I want. There were also reviews saying they only recommend septal cartilage because they use septal cartilage well, so I am worried.
