My nose was very low. Even so, they asked me whether I wanted silicone or not (there was one other place that did not mention silicone at all). Because they are popular, my consultation kept getting pushed back and the consultation ended up taking later than I expected. During the consultation, it felt like they only picked out the necessary points to say, and the detailed explanation would come after I decided on surgery. It is a one-doctor clinic, and I think they said you can watch the CCTV too, which I liked. They always check septum size by CT
