I don't really know whether the staff were kind, but after the CT scan, the doctor explained everything in detail from function to aesthetics. Since the doctor is an ENT specialist, I was recommended septal correction as well because of a subtle nose bend I hadn't even noticed. I had to wait a long time for the consultation.
