First of all, during the consultation, I liked that they were kind while also being clear and firm about what was not possible and what was possible. At the time, my mother, who was there with me, was very worried about putting in silicone, but even so the consultation ended with a plan to use silicone. After the surgery was over, I was told that it looked like it could be done beautifully even without silicone, so they decided not to put it in, and at the time I was a bit taken aback. But now, about 6 years later, I think it was really the right decision not to use it. I like the shape of the tip of my nose too, and it looks natural.
