I went to an ENT specialist because I prioritized function. The waiting time wasn't that long, and the kindness of the staff and managers was just average. They don't take care of you proactively, but if you ask something, they answer well without looking annoyed. It would probably be good to prepare a lot of information and questions in advance. The director is professional and kind, similar to his YouTube videos. The consultation time isn't very long.
