First of all, when you go in, a TV shows the director appearing on a program, so I watched it thinking it was fascinating and cute. The director is kind in consultation, but recommends a lot of things, and seems trustworthy. And he taps on you with something that looks like a toothpick. The manager is also kind during consultation.
