Only the part where I had buccal fat removal became sunken. I had always been deliberation because I had a lot of cheek fat, and I got persuaded after seeing only ads saying they could reduce cheek fat without bone surgery and had the operation.. The surgery itself was simple, and there wasn't much swelling. But this surgery itself just left that one area sunken I'm so upset.. I went to the clinic and they said they would put it back in, but my trust has already dropped, so I'm not sure if they'll do the fat grafting well either.
