(Nose surgery) On the day of surgery, I was lying on the bed and the surgeon said to me, "How did you say you wanted it?" It made no sense that even at that point he didn't know exactly how he was going to do the surgery.. My nose now is not the height I wanted, and the columella is a little crooked. Externally it doesn't look bad, but I don't think it was done very well.
