A friend recommended this place because it's where they recently had nose surgery, so I went. I can't say the director was extremely friendly, but not to the point of being rude. If I asked something, they answered well and clearly explained what needed to be improved and how they would do it. There was a program featuring the director playing on a loop in the hospital lobby? The manager had a very warm personality, like an older cousin or an aunt. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and when they called to confirm, even if I said I had booked somewhere else, they didn't try to hold me back. The director has a very long history in nose surgery. I booked elsewhere, but it's still one of the places I'm considering.
