First of all, when you go in, the TV shows the director appearing on a program, and I watched it thinking it was interesting. The director is kind during consultation but recommends a lot of things. And he seems trustworthy. He also uses something that looks like a toothpick to pinch carefully. The manager is also kind during consultation.
