I had revision nose surgery in September. I had surgery last year and it was a total disaster, so I had revision surgery. In conclusion, even though it has not even been two weeks yet, there is almost no swelling and absolutely no bruising. It does not look like I had surgery, just maybe like someone with a slightly bulky nose. Last year I had bruising around my eyes and along the nose bridge, and the major swelling lasted almost a month. The tip of my nose being crushed was the biggest stress, and the asymmetry was severe. They said that if they corrected the crushed tip, some asymmetry would have to be accepted, but they corrected the tip, nostrils, and alar rims too. Even the parts I did not expect were improved.
