Ah!! But does the nose usually spread after double-jaw surgery????? My nose seems to be getting wider and wider compared with my old face. My nose kept spreading, so this was my 3rd nose surgery.. Even so, it isn't becoming a slim nose, and even now my nose keeps getting bigger ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
