I had orthodontic treatment. It wasn't even that severe originally, but my upper and lower front teeth were slightly crooked, and I thought orthodontics would make my impression look better, so I did it about 10 years ago (when I was in high school). But the black triangles in my lower teeth are getting worse and worse... ㅠㅠ I think the gum recession is probably just due to natural aging, but is there anything I can do for gum health? I don't want to do something like veneers ㅠㅠ
