Before the revision surgery, my nose was blunt-looking and it didn’t look like I’d had a nose job at all. My side profile had zero dimension too,, After getting revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, now I take photos because it’s fun to capture my side profile lol My face also lacked volume, so I was thinking about getting fillers, but since I’d already be lying down for revision rhinoplasty, I thought I might as well do it too, so I got fat grafting. The lines turned out reallyyyy natural Definitely, after going through the second round, my satisfaction is higher than after the first round I had the surgery last year, and quite a lot of time has passed now, but maybe because it was autologous costal cartilage, there’s no drooping Everyone, get autologous costal cartilage lol Even if it hurts, when you see the result you’ll think, I’m glad I did it! lol
