I booked a nasal implant removal surgery and was so anxious that I was looking up all kinds of things on YouTube, and I found this comment, so I had screenshotted it. After surgery, I forgot about it for a while, but it’s been a week since I started taking milk thistle, vitamin C, zinc, and serrapeptase from that list (I started taking this after seeing it in another post in this community), and I definitely feel like they’re helping. Serrapeptase seems to work well! Seriously not an ad, I bought it with my own money.. I bought the one that showed up at the top on Coupang.
