If the clinic says it’s okay to do a complete removal including the septal extension, should I just remove it, or should I reinforce it to prevent possible side effects someday in the future? They said reinforcement costs an extra 800,000 won, and that there won’t be any foreign-body sensation. They said I’ll also be able to make a piggy nose. Everyone, what do you think you would do? They said they’ll do it if I want. This is my first surgery, and I’m planning to have it removed before it’s been a year.
