I had 4 mm silicone, ear cartilage, and septal extension done like this, but is it absolutely impossible to completely remove a septal extension?? Did everyone who had it done have bad results? I don’t expect my nose to go back to my original nose, but I feel like I at least shouldn’t be stressed every time I look in the mirror. . It’s painful. . . .
