I think I’ll proceed with removing only the silicone and lowering the nasal tip a bit to match the step-off, while leaving the ear cartilage as it is and lowering the support strut. Has anyone here done it this way? ㅜㅠ They say that if surgery is done like that, the nasal tip could spread a little, and I’m worried what if it turns into a bulbous nose, or what if the shape changes ㅜㅜ My mind is so unsettled
