The reason I first got surgery was because of a deviated septum, and I had surgery at the ENT department of a university hospital. But after the surgery, my nose became a bit saddle-shaped.. After a lot of thinking.. I went to a plastic surgery clinic and got nose surgery, but it failed... Then I went to another hospital and had revision surgery, and at that time I asked them to make it look absolutely natural, but as time passed, the nasal tip drooped, and I’m unsatisfied with the columella and nasolabial angle, so I’m wondering if I need surgery again.. I think maybe I should just live with it roughly, but when I take photos, I really want surgery... I don’t even feel up to searching for plastic surgery clinics again.. The hospitals where I had surgery before were all famous hospitals, and I had it done by famous doctors, but still failed cases happen, and I feel like there’s no way to know who is truly skilled..
