I’m definitely going to remove the 2 mm silicone later, and the donated rib cartilage tip support strut feels too hard and like a foreign body, so I want to remove it and revise the nasal tip using another method. Is that even possible?? It’s been about 8 months since the surgery, and I think I’ll only be able to have removal surgery about 3 years later. By then, will the nasal tip become a bit softer…? If the donated rib cartilage absorbs more or the swelling goes down more? Honestly, I think the swelling has pretty much all gone down now, but it feels like the silicone on the nasal bridge is slightly lifted, and depending on the lighting, the shape of the silicone seems to show through too obviously. So I’ll definitely remove the silicone later, but I don’t know what to do with the nasal tipㅠ I regret the surgery so much…
