<Left is right after surgery, right is recent><A nose that looks lifted with a high radix>My nostrils show and my nose looks slightly upturned, so while I was looking into revision surgery, I compared the photo right after my last surgery with a recent photo, and the nasal tip angle has changed completely, and it feels like the silicone has also shifted upward toward the area between my eyes.
Could this be mild contracture, or did the swelling go down and the original shape appeared, or was it done with septal cartilage and it couldn’t maintain the angle? If the septal cartilage doesn’t have enough strength, doesn’t the angle usually drop?
